Terms & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for In-Person and Live-Streaming Sessions

We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the full session fee.

There are no exceptions to this policy.

Any pre-paid sessions that are cancelled are subject to a 4% cancellation fee, which covers the credit card processing fee.

Liability

Your participation in any session constitutes your agreement to the following:

• I understand that I have enrolled in a program of physical activity, including but not limited to Pilates exercises and the use of Pilates equipment.
• I hereby release Natalia Rabin and WestCoast Pilates Academy from any responsibility for injuries I may sustain while participating in Pilates instruction or performing any exercises taught by Natalia Rabin or WestCoast Pilates Academy.
• I further release, for myself, my heirs, executors, and assigns, Natalia Rabin, WestCoast Pilates Academy, and its employees or contractors, from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation in any exercise program.

Agreement to these Cancellation and Liability Terms constitutes your continued acceptance for all future sessions, workshops, seminars, classes, consultations, mentorships, and courses, whether delivered in person, live-streamed, or through any online platform.

Recordings & On-Demand Workshops

Cancellation Policy

Once registered for recordings or on-demand workshops, all sales are final.

There are no cancellations or refunds.

There are no exceptions to this policy.

On-Demand Workshop access is provided for one month. If you require extended access after that period, please email [email protected].

If a recording purchase is cancelled before access has been granted, a 4% cancellation fee applies to cover credit card processing charges.

Liability

By viewing any recordings, workshops, webinars, seminars, or educational materials provided by Natalia Rabin and WestCoast Pilates Academy, you agree to the following:

• I understand that I have voluntarily enrolled in a physical activity program, including Pilates exercises and related movement instruction.
• I release Natalia Rabin and WestCoast Pilates Academy from any responsibility for injuries I may sustain while practicing Pilates or applying any techniques demonstrated in the educational materials.
• I further release Natalia Rabin, WestCoast Pilates Academy, and its employees or contractors from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation.

Agreement to these terms applies to all future recordings, workshops, seminars, webinars, and educational content delivered through Zoom, Instructure Canvas, or any other online learning platform.

Participation in Live-Streaming Sessions

By participating in any live-streamed class, workshop, webinar, or seminar, you agree to the following:

Photograph & Video Release

I grant permission for my image, likeness, and voice to be recorded during any live-streamed session without compensation.

I understand these recordings may be edited, copied, published, distributed, or used for educational purposes.

These recordings may be used for:

• Educational presentations
• Conferences
• Workshops
• Online courses
• Training videos
• Promotional and informational materials

By participating in any recorded live-stream hosted by Natalia Rabin or WestCoast Pilates Academy, I understand that my image or voice may appear in educational materials made available online or in public educational settings.

This release has no expiration date and no geographic limitation.

This agreement applies to all recordings created during classes, workshops, webinars, seminars, consultations, mentorships, or other educational events offered by Natalia Rabin or WestCoast Pilates Academy.

By participating, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to these terms and release Natalia Rabin and WestCoast Pilates Academy from all related claims.

Recordings, Handouts & Manuals

Copyright Agreement

Once you receive access to any recordings, handouts, manuals, or educational materials provided by Natalia Rabin and WestCoast Pilates Academy, you agree that:

• You will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, record, distribute, or share any recordings.
• You may print one personal copy of the accompanying handout or manual.
• You will not share any printed or electronic materials with another individual.

You acknowledge that all educational materials remain the intellectual property of WestCoast Pilates Academy.

Semi-Private Sessions

If you register for a Semi-Private Session, you agree to the following:

1. Experience Level

Participants should have an intermediate or advanced understanding of Pilates appropriate for the class being offered.

Semi-Private sessions are designed to deepen your understanding rather than teach foundational material.

2. Partner Cancellation

If your partner cancels and your Semi-Private becomes a Private Session, your appointment will automatically convert to the Private Session rate.

3. Cancellation Policy

The standard 24-hour cancellation policy still applies.

If your partner cancels within 24 hours, your session becomes a Private Session.

Standing Appointments

If you have a Standing Appointment, you also agree to the following:

1. Payment

Pre-payment is not required.

You must provide a valid credit card to remain on file. Your card will be charged after your scheduled session(s).

2. Attendance

You agree to maintain at least 75% attendance for your recurring appointment.

If you cannot attend but wish to retain your standing appointment, you may choose to pay for the missed session.

3. Cancellation

The standard 24-hour cancellation policy remains in effect.

Product Returns

Downloaded digital products, recordings, and online courses are non-refundable.
