Spinal Flexion Progession
Pilates based approach for clinicians

Fit Feet — WestCoast Pilates Academy

About This Workshop

The spine is naturally designed to flex, and many everyday movements—such as tying shoes, sitting, lifting, or reaching forward—depend on this essential motion. This workshop focuses on bridging common gaps in training by exploring how to progressively introduce spinal flexion in a safe and effective way.

Participants will focus on Pilates-based exercises and progressions to improve spinal articulation, trunk strength, and movement confidence while safely expanding the spine’s functional range.

“Improve spinal articulation, trunk strength, and movement confidence.”
