About This Workshop
This workshop explores foot and lower leg biomechanics and their impact on alignment, movement efficiency, and whole-body function. You will develop a deeper understanding of foot structure, intrinsic and extrinsic muscle relationships, and common imbalances such as over-pronation and over-supination. The course focuses on practical Pilates-based corrective strategies, including mobility, release, and strengthening exercises using a variety of equipment.
Participants will learn how to assess alignment, improve foot mechanics, and integrate effective training progressions into Pilates sessions.
"When you train the feet with purpose, the whole body moves with precision.”
