About This Workshop
Infuse your Pilates teaching with unique ways of bringing awareness to imbalances while helping strengthen your clients in new ways. The course will focus on training Pilates exercises on a suspension system, putting your knowledge of pilates precision and movement principles to work. The course will cover different exercises, the set up, body alignment, and exercise progressions, among other things.
This hands-on continuing education workshop blends two unique methonds into into high intensity workout. You'll leave with a confident, refined cueing vocabulary that translates immediately to your teaching.

Workshop Curriculum
This full-day workshop is structured across three focused learning blocks:
Session 1 — Foundation & Context (AM)
- The physics of suspension: load, instability, and proprioceptive demand
- How suspension changes the instructor's cueing priority
- Types of cues: anatomical, imagery, action, breath, and tactile
- Building a cueing hierarchy for suspended movement
Session 2 — Applied Practice (Midday)
- Cueing the core in suspension: what changes and why
- Upper body exercises: Rows, Push, Fly — verbal precision lab
- Lower body exercises: Lunge, Hamstring Curl, Pistol progressions
- Partner cueing rounds with structured feedback
Session 3 — Clinical & Advanced Application (PM)
- Cueing for rehab populations: language that reassures and educates
- Group class vs. one-on-one instruction differences
- Video analysis: watch, critique, and refine
- Q&A, mentorship discussion, and resource handout

Natalia Rabin is a highly skilled Pilates professional specializing in training fellow teachers. As a Teacher of Teachers, Natalia shares her extensive knowledge with movement professionals and Pilates instructors across various styles.She excels at breaking down complex concepts into simple, actionable information, making it easy for students to immediately apply what they've learned in their own teaching.
